FS21 STARS
The FS21 Stars - Powered by GBG and GBG Stars are the official teams of FS21 Baseball. Ranging from youth to high school, the teams follow a strict training program led by Coach Freddy. Our teams are exclusive, as not many roster spots come available. We are also the only sponsored DeMarini team in the Southwest region. Our players also receive consideration for GBG national teams and competitions.

FS21 Fields are in the East Valley of North Mesa, just off the 202 Red Mountain Freeway near Gilbert Road. Our fields are conveniently within 20 minutes of Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, and East Phoenix.

Our high school program consists of extremely high-level training by Coach Freddy and his staff. The goals are to prepare the team and players to compete in national events leading up to the start of the high school season. The typical season starts immediately following the high school season through mid-July, then continues mid-August through end of November. For 2023, we begin in August and run through November. Players on this team are considered for GBG national events when FS21 isn't playing those events.
2028 CLASS (14u)
7th and 8th grade ball at FS21 is about preparing our players for a higher level of competition. When they get to high school, a 14u Freshman could be facing a 17u Junior or 18u Senior, so preparing for the highest level is our foundation. We strive for perfection in fundamentals, high level situational defensive strategies, offensive execution, and a keen understanding of the game. We expect our teams to compete in the largest tournaments in the state, southwest and some players considered for national GBG events.
2029 CLASS (13u)
The 7th grade competitive program brings a higher level of technical training in the player’s development. At this level our players transition to the 54/80 and 60/90 fields. They are expected to learn a more advanced aspect of the game in their techniques and better understand offensive and defensive strategies. Our coaches push the players at this level to prepare for national tournament competition.
10u - 12u
The youth competitive program brings a higher level of technical training in the player’s development. At this level our players are expected to learn bunt defenses, scripted pick-offs, 1st/3rd defensive situations, double play execution and more. Our coaches push the players at this level to prepare for national tournament competition.
